What started as helping women stay accountable has grown into something so much bigger—a powerful community built on support, strength, and a whole lot of laughter. Our small-group sessions in my home studio make sure every woman gets the attention she deserves, while building confidence and friendships along the way.

Meet Marie

I know how overwhelming it can feel to start a fitness routine—especially when you're unsure if you're strong enough or don't know where to begin. As a busy mom, I've been there.
That's why I created COMMIT Fitness: a space where women can feel confident, supported, and strong.Since 2018, I've specialized in women's health and fitness, with a focus on the unique needs of women's bodies and hormones. As a CanFitPro Certified Trainer and CPR-certified coach, you can trust that you're in safe, knowledgeable hands—but more importantly, you're with someone who truly gets it.
My own fitness journey showed me that the right environment changes everything. I wanted to build the supportive community I wished I'd had when I was starting out—and now, I get to share that with you.
When I'm not in the studio, you'll usually find me around Lake Bonavista with my family, or planning the next outdoor adventure.
