COMMIT Program
14 Week Women’s Strength & Sweat Circuit Join a powerful community of women committed to building strength, confidence, and endurance. Over 14 weeks, you’ll move through progressive, circuit-style workouts that blend heavy lifting, functional training, and hybrid cardio. Each session is designed to challenge your body, boost metabolism, and improve overall fitness—no matter where you’re starting from. In this small-group setting, you’ll get personalized coaching, accountability, and support from like-minded women who are all working toward their strongest selves. Expect variety, energy, and empowerment in every session as we lift, sweat, and push past limits together. What to expect: - Strength-focused circuits using dumbbells, barbells, and bodyweight - Heart-pumping cardio intervals for endurance and conditioning - Progressive programming over 14 weeks to track real results - Supportive group environment that celebrates women’s health and progress This isn’t just another workout—it’s a transformation. Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the program start date will receive a full refund or credit toward a future program.
